“Nobody is perfect!” So if there is anything what went wrong or something disappoints you, do not hesitate to inform us.

DARKNESS

If you want to hiking late at the evening, you can borrow headlights at the reception desk. 

DEPARTURE         

On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to check out latest 11:00am. To avoid unnecessary waiting times for you, it is possible to settle the bill the day before. You may pay cash and we accept Visa, Euro-/Master card.

•  Early departures: If you have parked your car in the garage, please make sure that your vehicle is not blocked by other parked cars.

DOGS                       

As soon as you go out with your dog, please always take a “Robidog” bag with you. Please make sure that your dog will not be alone in the apartment.

ENVIRONMENT        

Towels thrown on the floor: please replace, towels back on the holder:  I use them again.

FIRE ALARM                

When the alarm sounds, leave the hotel as quickly as possible on the designated escape routes. Do not use the elevator.

GAMES                        

We do have a various choice of games and also card games. Please ask at the reception.

GUEST FOLDER                

Digital guest folder with information and tips. You are welcome to download the App to your smartphone or tablet. Information is available at the reception, where you will also find a tablet.

Guest honour           

To thank our regular guests for their loyalty we are going to award with a Lech-needle and certificate depending on  length of staying’s.

Current information about Lech and various events can be found on the information board or ask at the reception.

INTERNET                 

You have the possibility in the youth room to receive your e-mails and  use the internet. In all apartments and rooms WLAN (FILO-LAN) is available and for free.

KITCHENETTE           

The extractor fan has to be switched on when cooking. The dishwasher is filled with salt already. Should you need any other kitchen utilises, please do not hesitate to contact the reception. 

LAUNDRY                  

Do you have laundry for washing? Bring it to the reception. We charge Euro 8,00 per kilo; for ironing Euro 6,00 per kilo. Laundry bags are available at the reception. In our guest laundry situated at the basement you can always wash your own laundry and dry.

LIBARY                   

We have a selection of books, youth books and children's books. Come to us in the lobby.

Magazines/Newspaper               

The regional daily newspaper is located in the lobby. Magazines can be found in the hotel lobby and in the relaxation area of the SPA.

RECEPTION                   

The reception is open daily from 9:00am to 11:00pm. If you have any questions or requests, it's a pleasure to help.

REPERATION                

If something is not working in your apartment/room, please contact the reception immediately.

ROOM KEY                   

Your room key, several copies are available on request, is also the front door and garage key.

The front door is open throughout the reception hours from 9:00am to 11:00pm. If you come back after 11:00pm, please do not forget to take your key with you. If you still stand in front of locked doors without a key, someone can always be reached via the call system (to the left of the main entrance).

SAFE              

In each apartment we provide a safe. To memorize the code please use the following steps:

1. Press and hold the grey button until the red led lights up on the outside of the door.
2. Enter your selected personal code (10 digits max.) and press “E”.  The red led will switch off. And a melodic tone will sound.
3. Enter the selected code and one more time, press “E” and close the safe.
4. To close and open the safe, enter the memorized combination. Press “E” and turn the knob.
5. At the end of your stay, please leave the safe door open and empty thoroughly the safe.

SAUNA AREA            

Please behave quietly in the sauna area out of consideration for other guests.

Children are only allowed in the wellness area when accompanied by their parents.

The sauna area is a textile-free zone - enter only with a towel and / or bathrobe! Sauna towels are available in the spa area and intended exclusively for this area. Please do not take in the room.

SKI ROOM                    

With the code which you get from the Reception you can get in the ski room at any time from the outside. To avoid confusion of skis or shoes, we recommend marking them.

SKI BAGS AND BAGS FOR THE BOOTS 

We kindly ask you to keep/to store your ski bags and th bagst for the boots either at your room/apartment annd/or your car or in the commode standing in the hallway (opposite to the entrance of the ski room - bags for the boots). And in the garage on a hook (ski bags).

SKI PASS                    

You can have a ski pass issued at the reception; there is a charge of Euro 5,00 for the Chip-Card, which will be refunded upon return.

We expressly point out that the sale of ski passes on behalf of and for the account of Ski Arlberg and on the basis of the purchase of the ski pass contractual relationship the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Ski Arlberg apply.

The AGB's of Ski Arlberg are announced on the Internet at www.skiarlberg.at. General terms and conditions of Ski Arlberg are executed which personal data in accordance with the DSGVO processed.

SMOKING                    

Do not smoke in the apartments and rooms. Possibilities for smoking are on balcony or in front of the main entrance.
