Directions
Take the hiking bus from the Rüfiplatz to Warth. The Steffisalp-Express takes you to the top station. Right at the top station, a path branches off to the left uphill, which you follow. You get to a hollow on the left side of which the path leads uphill to the saddle. Before you take the path to the right to the entrance, you can hike up the summit of the Warther Horn (2,256 m) as you walk past. Turn left at the saddle and follow the marked path to the summit. Return to the start, follow the fixed rope route to the summit of the Karhorn (2,416 m). In addition to beautiful climbing in difficulty levels II and III, a varied panorama awaits you as far as Valluga, Säntis and the Allgäu Alps. The descent takes place via the normal route down to the path on the Karbühel. Here you can either turn left towards Bürstegg and continue downhill to Bodenalp, or turn right towards Auenfeldsattel and from there continue to Oberlech. In both cases you can take the hiking bus back to the starting point in Lech am Arlberg.
