Weißbach Loop
A medium-length route along the wild and unspoilt river landscape.
The round starts at the Kneipp facility in Lech and leads along the Lech to Zug. After the fishpond and golf course, a path branches off to the right. The signs show Weißbach Runde. On the asphalted road the way leads further into the Zugertal, past the restaurant Älpele. Here a stop is worthwhile. Continue along the signposted path through the Spullerwald forest back to the Kneipp facility.
Directions
The walking tour begins near the forest swimming pool, at the Kneipp facility in Lech. It leads upstream along the banks of the river Lech in the direction of Zug. The path is grassy, partly stony and partly changes in width. Soon you reach the fishpond and pass the golf course. Then a path branches off to the right a little uphill. Along the asphalted road the path continues to the water reservoir of Lech and further into the Zugertal valley past the Älpele inn. The route leads along the asphalted road, through the forest until, after the bridge, you return on the signposted path through the Spullerwald forest back to the Kneipp facility.
Suggestions
After the tour a stop at the Kneipp facility is recommended.
